MORNING AND EVENING ROUTINES, HELP YOU TO ACHIEVE MORE, THINK CLEARLY,

LET'S TRY IT OUT!
5 Must-do daily routines
Be Kind
and
Grateful!
Every morning, find a way to be grateful for something or someone - a bird on your window, remembering something that made you happy yesterday, the coffee that taste so good and so many other things each one of us experiences and so many times forget or simply do not notice then.
Be kind to yourself, forgive yourself - give yourself some slack. Try during the day to be kind no matter the reason or the person.
You can also choose to forgive someone that hurt you, letting go of that feeling and toxic connection.
Hello
to
Yesterday!
Just look and think about the day before to assess the things you would like to change in your life, or maybe even improve in some way and somehow.
Maybe, now that you think about it you could have been more patient or flexible in some situations.
Did you forget to be kind to yourself or perhaps other people?
The important is to keep the focus on the things you have in your life, instead of concentrating on the things others have or on what you don't have.
Just try to live in the present and not in the future or the past. You assess, maybe write it down in a journal, and trying not to make the same mistakes.
The goal is to improve what you need and then just let go!!
Just
Breath!
Breathing brings us energy.
Breathing deeply slows the heartbeat lowers or stabilizes blood pressure and reduces stress.
The flow that the steady in-and-out action of breathing creates stimulates a transformation in the body and mind, purifying and cleansing them so that our true essence shines forth.
The problem is that we correctly forgot to breathe, causing us headaches, bad moods, depression, and so many others.
Shake
it out!
There's no other way to say it... We all need to exercise daily.
It is vital for our body and mental state.
Being physically active can improve our brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve our ability to do everyday activities.
Exercise can also reduce stress and anxiety, boost happy chemicals, and improve self-confidence.
We just need to find out what type or style of exercise suits us more.

Organize
your
tomorrow!
Take 10 minutes before going to bed, and write down in your journal, note pad or whatever suits you the best, a list of the things you did today that makes feel good remembering them and another list of the aspects you think have space for improvement or even try to delete them from your life.
Then organize your tomorrow. The time for breathing, exercising, perhaps meditation, and all the other things you usually need to do.
